Choose an animal to take care of and when the game starts you will be presented with a variety of animals to choose from including dogs, cats, rabbits, birds and more. Just click on the animal you want to take care of to select it. Once you have chosen an animal, you will be taken to its examination room. Here, you can examine the animal by clicking on different parts of its body. The animal will respond to your touch, allowing you to see if it is feeling well or if there is any pain or discomfort. If you notice that the animal is feeling uncomfortable, you will need to diagnose the problem. To do this, tap on different items in the exam room, such as a stethoscope, thermometer or x-ray machine. These items will help you determine what is wrong with the animal. Once you have diagnosed the problem, you can begin treating the animal. Depending on the animal's condition, you may need to give it medication, perform surgery, or provide other forms of medical care. To do this, simply click on the appropriate item in the treatment room.

After you have treated the animal, you will need to help it recover. This may include giving it food and water, providing a warm blanket, or simply petting it to help it feel better.
